RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK ON
CITY WIDE RANDOM CONCRETE REPAIR WORK
CITY PROJECT NO. 00-09
CONTRACT NO. 85-00
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows:
1 Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated September 5, 2000, Ti -Zack Concrete, Inc.
has satisfactonly completed City wide random concrete repair work as per Contract No. 85-00.
2 The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendations for final acceptance of the work
3 The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved The City Manager is
directed to make final payment on the contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
