LOUIS PARK AND LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES LOCAL #218 FOR 1998 WHEREAS, the City and the Union have reached a negotiated settlement covering the terms and conditions of a Labor Agreement as permitted by the State of Mumesota Public Employees Labor Relations Act, and WHEREAS, the City Council may enter into such agreements as authorized by its Charter; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute a Collective Bargaining Agreement, City Contract # dated July 6, 1998 between the City of St. Louis Park and Law Enforcement Labor Services Local #218 effective January 1, 1998 - December 31, 1998.
