RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT,
ESTABLISHING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 98-06,
ESTABLISHING PUBLIC HEARING AND ASSESSMENT HEARING
FOR MAY 18,1998, AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO
SPONSOR A NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATIONAL MEETING
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park has received a report from the
City Engineer proposing construction of sidewalk and street lighting on Louisiana Court.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis
Park, Minnesota, that:
1. The City Engineer's Report regarding the proposed construction of sidewalk and street
lighting on Louisiana Court Project No. 98-06 is hereby accepted
2. The proposed project, designated as Project No. 98-06 is hereby established.
3. Establish public hearing and assessment hearing to be held on May 18, 1998 for affected
property and business owners.
4. Authorize staff to hold a neighborhood meeting for those owners.
