RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DIRECTORS REPORT,
AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE AND RECEIVE
BIDS FOR BITUMINOUS PATCHING MATERIALS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park has received a report from the
Director of Public Works requesting authorization to advertise and receive bids for bituminous
patching materials for 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis
Park, Minnesota, that:
1. The report of the Director of Public Works regarding the advertisement and receiving of
bids for bituminous matenals is hereby accepted.
2. The advertising and receiving of bids for bituminous materials is ordered.
3. The bids shall be tabulated by the Superintendent of Streets who through the Director of
Public Works shall report his tabulation and recommendation to City Council
