HomeMy WebLinkAbout98-138 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1998/10/06RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 1 38 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK ON STORM SEWER, CURB AND GUTTER, PAVEMENT MILL AND OVERLAY W. 35TH/W. 36THJW. 23RD/W. 24TH/UTICA AVENUE CITY PROJECT NOS. 97-01, 97-02, & 97-03 CONTRACT NO. 16-98 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows. 1 Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated April 20, 1998, Hardrives, Inc has satisfactorily completed the improvements on the storm sewer, curb and gutter, pavement mill and overlay as per Contract No 16-98 2 The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendations for final acceptance of the work 3 The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved The City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full Attest Reviewed for Administration Adopted by the City Council October 6, 1998
