RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF THE TOILET COMPARTMENTS,
LOCKERS AND BENCHES, AND TOILET ACCESSORIES FOR
THE REC CENTER RENAISSANCE PROJECT
CONTRACT NO. 4112
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows:
1. In accordance with bid documents and pursuant to a written contract with the City dated
September 16, 1996, Bartley Sales Company, Inc has satisfactorily completed the toilet compartments,
lockers and benches, and toilet accessories for the Rec Center Renaissance Project as per Contract No
4112.
2. The Director of Parks and Recreation has filed his recommendations for final acceptance
of the work
3 The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved The City Manager is
directed to make final payment on the contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
