RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK ON
30" SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION (JCC)
PROJECT NO. 96-13
CONTRACT NO. 62-98
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows
1 Pursuant to a wntten contract with the City dated October 15, 1998, Visu-Sewer Clean
and Seal, Inc has satisfactorily completed the improvements on the 30" sanitary sewer rehabilitation
north of the Jewish Community Center as per Contract No 62-98
2 The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendations for final acceptance of the
work
3 The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved The City Manager is
directed to make final payment on the contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full
