RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 8 9
RESOLUTION ORDERING PROJECT NO. 97-18,
THE CONSTRUCTION OF A CONCRETE ALLEY IN THE
2900 BLOCK BETWEEN NATCHEZ AVENUE AND OTTAWA AVENUE,
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park has received a report from the City
Engineer related to the construction of a concrete alley in the 2900 Block between Natchez Avenue and Ottawa
Avenue - Project No. 97-18.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Lotus Park,
Minnesota, that:
1. The City Council being fully advised of the pertinent facts, the improvement is ordered to be constructed
in accordance with the descnption in the City Engineer's Report.
2. The plans and specifications for the improvement are hereby approved.

y Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted at least two weeks in the official newspaper and in
the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids for the making of said improvement under said
approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall appear not less than twenty one (21) days
prior to the date of receipt of bids, and specify the work to be done, state the date and time bids will be
received by the City Clerk, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City
Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond, or certified check payable to the
City for five (5) percent of the amount of the bid.
4. The City Engineer is authorized to advertise for the receipt of bids for Project No. 97-18.
