RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK ON
MAINTENANCE SLP #16
CITY PROJECT NO. 97-15
CONTRACT NO. 4153
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated April 7, 1997, T.L. Stevens Well Co.,
Inc. has satisfactorily completed the improvement maintenance SLP #16 as per Contract No. 4153.
2. The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendations for final acceptance of the
work.
3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The City Manager is
directed to make final payment on the contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
