A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES
RELATED TO THE DISPOSITION OR PRIVATE USE OF PUBLIC LAND
WHEREAS, various sections of the City Code authorize the City Council to
establish fees for specified administrative procedures, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a Policy For the Disposition or Private
Use of Public Land in order to insure fair and uniform treatment of all requests for the
private use of public land, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to adopt a fee schedule which will recover
a portion of the City costs to process applications for the disposition or private use of
public land, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to establish fee amounts which are
equitable and commensurate with those charged by other communities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Policy For the
Disposition or Private Use of Public Land, adopted by Resolution of the City Council on
March 3, 1997, the following fees for administrative activities are hereby established:
