LOUIS PARK. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota (the "City"), as follows: Section 1. Recitals. 1.01. On October 7, 1996 the City approved and adopted a Tax Increment Financing Plan for the Park Center Boulevard Housing Tax Increment Financing District (the "District"). 1.02 The legal description of the property to be included in the District was correctly identified as "The south 40.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 2, PARK CENTER, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and the north 145.00 feet of the south 185.00 feet of the east 215.00 feet of said Lot 1". The property identified by this legal description is contained with the parcel of property identified by the property identification number (PIN) 06-028-24-33-0004. 1.03 PIN 06-028-24-33-0004 was also included within the City's Excelsior Boulevard Tax Increment Financing District, approved February 7, 1977 and subsequently modified on December 17, 1984, and March 19, 1990. 1.04 It was the intention of the City to place the portion of PIN 06-028-24-33-0004 identified by the aforementioned legal description into the Park Center Boulevard Housing Tax Increment Financing District and to leave the remaining portion of the parcel within the Excelsior Boulevard Tax Increment Financing District. 1.05 Subsequent to the approval of the District by this Council, PIN 06-028-24-33-0004 was administratively split by Hennepin County into two new parcels identified by the PIN's 06-028-24-23- 0016 and 06-028-24-23-0017. PIN 06-028-24-23-0017 corresponds with the aforementioned legal description. Section 2. Reaffirming the City's Intentions. 2.01. The Council hereby reaffirms that "The south 40.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 2, PARK CENTER, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and the north 145.00 feet of the south 185.00 feet of the east 215.00 feet of said Lot 1", also know as parcel identification number 06-028-24-23-0017, is the property to be included in the Park Center Boulevard Housing Tax Increment Financing District as approved by this Council on October 7, 1997. 2.02. The Council hereby reaffirms that the remaining portion of 06-028-24-33-0004, now known as 06-028-24-23-0016, is to remain in the Excelsior Boulevard Tax Increment Financing District as first approved on February 7, 1977.
