RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF QUARRY TILE
WORK FOR THE REC CENTER RENAISSANCE PROJECT
CONTRACT NO. 4122
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows:
1. In accordance with bid documents and pursuant to a written contract with the City dated
September 16, 1996, Graz7ini Brothers and Company has satisfactorily completed the quarry tile work
for the Rec Center Renaissance Project as per Contract No. 4122.
2. The Director of Parks and Recreation has filed his recommendations for final acceptance
of the work.
3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The City Manager is
directed to make final payment on the contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
