LOUIS PARK CITY COUNCIL RELEASING INDIVIDUAL PROPERTIES FROM THE REGULATIONS OF INTERIM MORATORIUM ORDINANCE NUMBER 95-2035 WHEREAS. the St. Louis Park City Council has adopted Ordinance Number 95-2035 imposing a Moratorium regulating the development of -existing- vacant, land in the ; City of St. Louis Park and directing that a study be condncte:i; and ', WHEREAS, Phase Two of the aforementioned study calls for the creation'of a Task Force which has been charged with the development of qusiifying`criteria to, be used to evaluate vacant parcels for potential park development or,;open space, and has further been charged with the evaluation of vacant parcels according to` the established criteria and the creation of a list of vacant parcels that do not meet the qualifying criteria: and ' - WHEREAS, the results of the initial phase of this study, including the list of vacant parcels that do not meet the qualifying criteria. was to be completed and reported to the City Council within 90 days of the adoption of the Ordinance to- enable the City Council to determine which. if any. individual parcels are to be released' from the 'Moratorium; and WHEREAS, any parcels covered: by the Moratorium which have not yet been reviewed and evaluated by the Task Force are - to: be ,,retained under, the regulations, of the Moratorium for farther study; and I '- ,, WHEREAS, the aforementioned Task Force completed its initial phase of the study in accordance with Section 2.01 b3 of Ordinance Number 95-2035 and has developed a qualifying criteria. cvaluarcd Yacaat parcels according to the czitasia and created a list of vast parcels that do not meet the qualifying criteria: WHEREAS. the City Council ' adopted Resolution No. 95-136 releasing certain individual properties from the regulations of Interim=Moratorium Ordinance No. 95-2035.
