RESOLUTION NO. 96-125
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PURCHASE OF
STREET LIGHT EQUIPMENT
CITY PROJECT NO. 95-10
CONTRACT NO. 4022
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated April 17, 1995, Judd Supply Company
has satisfactorily completed the purchase of street light equipment as per Contract No. 4022.
2. The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendations for final acceptance of the
work.
3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The City Manager is
directed to make final payment on the contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
