HomeMy WebLinkAbout96 - 91 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1996/06/03lb RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 91 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION PLAN TO INCLUDE THE POSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/CITY CLERK AND DEPUTY CITY CLERK, AND AMENDING RESOLUTION 95-170 AND 96-77 EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 1996 WHEREAS, as authorized by Section 3-301 of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, the City Council has established the "Position Classification Plan and Salary Administration Program for the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota"; and WHEREAS, Section 3-301 provides that as often as necessary, the Position Classification and Salary Plan shall be reviewed and revised by the Council; and WHEREAS, the City Manager deemed it to be in the best interest of the City to re -organize the City Clerk's Office and City Manager's Office; and WHEREAS, the Classification and Compensation Committee approved the newly created positions as presented herein; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park: 1) The Position Classification and Salary Plan for the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota shall be amended to include the following position classifications: Administrative Assistant/City Clerk Classification level "D" Job Value 80 Deputy City Clerk Classification level "F" Job Value 63 Reviewed for Administration.
