LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO ZONING FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4400 PARK GLEN ROAD BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park Findings 1. On October 15, 1990, the City Council by Resolution No. 90-149 issued a special (conditional use) permit to Klodt, Inc., under Section 14-146(5) of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code for the purpose of allowing a 173 unit apartment building on a parcel of land within a R -B Residential Business District located at 4400 Park Glen Road, legally described on attached Exhibit A. 2. The City Council approved a conditional use permit under Section 14:5-4.6(D)(1) of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code to permit a 38 unit town home development on the property described on Exhibit A. 3. A request dated December 21, 1994 was received from a representative of the applicant for the conditional use permit for the 38 unit town home development requesting that the special (conditional use) permit granted on October 15, 1990 be terminated. Conclusion The special (conditional use) permit for the 173 unit apartment building at the location described above approved by Resolution No. 90-149 adopted on October 15, 1990 is hereby terminated.
