RESOLUTION TO RETAIN TAUTGES, REDPATH & CO., LTD
FOR 1995 AUDIT SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the firm of Tautges, Redpath & Co., LTD be
retained to examine and audit the accounts and records of the city of St. Louis Park for the 1994
fiscal year in accordance with the terms set out in the Agreement for Auditing/Accounting
Services, a copy of which is attached; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED as follows:
1. The fee paid by the City for such audit services shall not exceed the price quoted in the
proposal of $18,170.
2. That the City Manager and Finance Director, on behalf of the City, sign the agreement and
return one copy to the firm in confirmation of the agreement.
