RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK ON
TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM
CITY PROJECT NO. 90-49
CONTRACT NO. 3003
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated December 21,
1992, Egan -McKay Electrical Contractors, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the
improvements of traffic signal system as stated in Contract No. 3003.
2. The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendations for
final acceptance of the work.
3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved.
The City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract, taking the
contractor's receipt in full.
