RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK ON THE
VENTILATION IMPROVEMENTS @ MSC
CITY PROJECT NO. MB -93-01
CONTRACT NO. 3041
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated August 16,
1993, Faircon Service has satisfactorily completed the improvements of
ventilation improvements at the Municipal Service Center as stated in Contract
No. 3041.
2. The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendations for
final acceptance of the work.
3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved.
The City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract, taking the
contractor's receipt in full.
