RESOLUTION NO. 94-147
RESOLUTION AMENDING VARIANCES GIVEN
FOR APEX ADDITION
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City of St. Louis Park:
Findings
1. On July 5, 1994, the City Council, by resolution, approved the final plat of
Apex Addition with variances.
2. The variances approved with the preliminary plat were to allow a rear yard
setback of 15 feet instead of the required 20 feet and a side yard setback along the interior
side lot line of 25 feet instead of the required 30 feet.
3. Apex Realty Partnership (SPS Companies, Inc.), owners and subdividers of the
land, have furnished the City with a survey of the project as constructed, indicating that the
building is located 14.5 feet from the rear yard and 15.9 feet from the side yard on
September 2, 1994.
Conclusion
Conclusion 1.a. in Resolution No. 94-89 giving approval to the final plat of Apex
Addition is hereby amended to read as follows:
1. The proposed final plat of Apex Addition is hereby approved and accepted by
the City as being in accord and conformity with all ordinances, City plans and
regulations of the City of St. Louis Park and the laws of the State of
Minnesota, subject to the following conditions:
a. That variances are hereby granted to permit a rear yard setback of 14.5
feet instead of the required 20 feet and a side yard setback along the
westerly 181.02 feet of the interior side lot line of 15.9 feet instead of
the required 30 feet.
