RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AT
CEDAR LAKE ROAD AND TEXAS AVENUE
GRADING, BITUMINOUS PAVING, CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER,
AND STORM SEWER
CITY PROJECT NO. 93-12
S.A.P. 163-275-14 AND S.A.P. 163-020-24
CONTRACT NO. 3036
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated August 23,
1993, Midwest Asphalt Corporation has satisfactorily completed the improvement
of grading, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, and storm sewer as
stated in Contract No. 3036.
2. The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendations for
final acceptance of the work.
3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved.
The City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract, taking the
contractor's receipt in full.
