RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO CHANGE ORDER NO. 4
FOR PROJECT NO. 93-23, CONTRACT NO. 3068
WHEREAS, the City Council entered into Contract No. 3068 with Hardrives,
Inc., for the revision of Excelsior Boulevard, Park Center Boulevard and Trunk
Highway 100, Project No. 93-23; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that certain modifications be made to
the contract to facilitate the construction of the project; and
WHEREAS, the contractor, Hardrives, Inc. has agreed to the prices for
the modification noted above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of St.
Louis Park, Minnesota, that Change Order No. 4 to Contract No. 3068, in the
amount of $32,824.29 with Hardrives, Inc. for certain changes to Project No.
93-23 is hereby approved contingent upon receipt of confirmation that the Bond
of Public Contractor provided by Hardrives, Inc. will include the increased
project scope as authorized herein.
