HomeMy WebLinkAbout93-76 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1993/06/21RESOLUTION NO. 93-76 Or A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF GOLDEN VALLEY TO PROVIDE POLICE, FIRE AND EMERGENCY DISPATCHING WHEREAS, the City of St. Louis Park is constructing a new police facility including a three -position dispatch center, which will be fully operational in 1993; and WHEREAS, the City of Golden Valley desires to contract with the City of St. Louis Park to provide police, fire and emergency dispatching, effective January 1, 1994, for a period of two years, subject to annual renewal; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes execution by appropriate officials of the Agreement Between St. Louis Park and Golden Valley for Provision of Dispatch Services.
