LOUIS PARK PRECINCT BOUNDARIES AND POLLING PLACES AS ADOPTED JULY 20, 1992, WITH THE FOLLOWING POLLING PLACE CHANGE: WARD 1, PRECINCT 5; AND REPEALING AND REPLACING RESOLUTION NO. 92-105 WHEREAS, the City must designate precinct boundaries and polls by resolution of the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City desires to reconfirm existing precinct boundaries; and WHEREAS, the City desires to reconfirm existing polls with the exception of the poll for Ward 1, Precinct 5, to be changed as follows: Ward 1, Prec. 5, Church of the Reformation 2544 Highway 100. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution 92-105 adopted July 20, 1992, is hereby repealed and replaced; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the St. Louis Park precinct boundaries and polls are as follows: -2 - WARD 1 Precinct No. 1 (1-1) is described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the Burlington Northern Railroad track with State Hwy No 100 S, south along Highway 100 to 29th St W, east along 29th St to Monterey Pkwy, northeast along Monterey Pkwy to 28th St W, east along 28th St to the east City limits, north along the east City limits to the Main Line of the Burlington Northern Railroad track, west along the Burlington Northern track to its intersection with Hwy 100.
