RESOLUTION NO. 93-204
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK ON
GRADING, BITUMINOUS PAVING, CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER
CITY PROJECT NO. 90-23
CONTRACT NO. 3029
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated July 6, 1993,
Midwest Asphalt Corporation has satisfactorily completed the improvements of
grading, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter as stated in Contract No.
3029.
2. The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendations for
final acceptance of the work.
3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved.
The City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract, taking the
contractor's receipt in full.
