RESOLTUION ACCEPTING WORK ON
PUBLIC SAFETY ANSWERING POINT FOR
ST. LOUIS PARK POLICE STATION
CONTRACT N0. 2088
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated March 5, 1953,
Capitol Communications has satisfactorily completed the improvements of
installation of 911/Dispatch in the St. Louis Park Police Station as stated in
Contract No. 2088.
2. The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendations for
final acceptance of the work.
3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved.
The City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract, taking Lhe
contractor's receipt in full.
