RESOLUTION NO.
93-178
RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
FOR CONTRACT NO. 2088
WHEREAS, the City Council entered into Contract No. 2088 with Capitol
Communications for the replacement and upgrade of the Public Safety Answering
Point (P.S.A.P.) in the new Police Station; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that certain modifications be made to
the contract to facilitate the construction of the project, said modifications
being as follows:
Upgrade of the third console position to enable dispatching to Golden Valley
WHEREAS, the Contractor, Capitol Communications has agreed to the price
for the modification noted above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of St.
Louis Park, Minnesota, that the above modification to Contract No. 2088 is
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of St. Louis
Park, Minnesota, that:
1. There is appropriated the sum of $20,387.66 for the additional
cost.
