RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
FOR CONTRACT NO. 2088
WHEREAS, the City Council entered into Contract No. 2088 with Capitol
Communications for the replacement and upgrade of the Public Safety
answering point (P.S.A.P.) in the new Police station; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that certain modifications be made
to the contract to facilitate the construction of the project, said
modifications being as follows:
four additions for sales tax,
a logging recorder and system enhancements;
one deduction for equipment removed from the
project work scope
WHEREAS, the contractor, Capitol Communications,
prices for the modifications noted above;
had agreed to the
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
St. Louis Park that the above modifications to Contract No. 2088
are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis
Park that there is appropriated the sum of $37,373.66 for the additional
costs.
