RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK ON
INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTING
CITY PROJECT NO. 89-09 (S.A.P. 163-010-31)
CONTRACT NO. 2075
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated August 20,
1992, Electric Service Company of Minneapolis, Inc. has satisfactorily
completed the improvements for the installation of street lighting as stated
in Contract No. 2075.
2. The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendations for
final acceptance of the work.
3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved.
The City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract, taking the
contractor's receipt in full.
