RESOLUTION SEEKING MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
AUTHORIZATION TO APPROPRIATE MUNICIPAL STATE AID FUNDS
TO FRANCE AVENUE (CSAH 17) RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
S.A.P. 163-020-17 AND S.A.P. 163-020-18
CITY PROJECT NO. 78-32, COUNTY PROJECT 8650
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City of St.
Louis Park to participate in the cost of the reconstruction of France Avenue
from Excelsior Boulevard to W. 49 1/2 Street; and
WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by the Minnesota
Department of Transportation and identified in it's records as S.A.P.
163-020-17 and S.A.P.163-020-18, City Project No. 78-32, and County Project
8560.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St.
Louis Park that the City seeks the Commissioner of Transportation
authorization to appropriate the sum of $75,000.00 from its MSA regular
account to apply toward the construction of said project S.A.P. 163-020-17,
S.A.P. 163-020-18, City Project No. 78-32, and County Project 8560.
