RESOLUTION NO. 9 2 - 51
RESOLUTION GIVING APPROVAL FOR REGISTERED LAND SURVEY
PARK NATIONAL BANK BUILDING
5353 WAYZATA BOULEVARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of St. Louis Park:
Findings
1. RREEF MidAmerica Fund III owners and subdividers of the land proposed to
be platted as a Registered Land Survey have submitted an application for approval of
Registered Land Survey of said subdivision in the manner required for platting of land under
the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, and all proceedings have been duly had thereunder.
2. The proposed Registered Land Survey has been found to be in all respects
consistent with the City Plan and the regulutions and requirements of the laws of the State
of Minnesota and the ordinances of the City of St. Louis Park.
3. The proposed Registered Land Survey is situated upon the following described
lands in Hennepin County, Minnesota, to -wit:

Conclusion
1. The proposed Registered Land Survey is hereby approved and accepted by he
City as being in accord with all ordinances, City plans and regulations of the City of St. Louis
Park and the laws of the State of Minnesota, subject to the following conditions:
a. Completion of all outstanding title work remaining as of the date of approval
of the resolution.
provided, however, that this approval is made subject to the opinion of the City Attorney and
Certification by the City Clerk as provided for in Sections 14-303(3)(d) and (e) of the St.
Louis Park Ordinance Code.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to supply two certified copies of this
Resolution to the above-named owner and subdivider, who is the applicant herein.
3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute all contracts
required herein, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to execute the certificate of approval
on behalf of the City Council upon the said plat when all of the conditions set forth in
Paragraph No. 1 above and Section 14-303(3)(e) of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code have
been fulfilled.
4. Such execution of the certificate upon said Registered Land Survey by the
City Clerk, as required under Section 14-303(3)(e), shall be conclusive showing of proper
compliance therewith by the subdivider and City officials charged with duties above
described and shall entitle such Registered Land Survey to be placed on record forthwith
without further formality

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That part of Tract C, Registered Land Survey No. 1484, Files of Registrar of Tales,
County of Hennepin, Minnesota, which lies Southerly of a line run parallel with and
distant 26 00 feet Southerly of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the west line of Section 30, Township 29 North, Range 24
West, distant 262.40 feet south of the yrest quarter corner thereof; thence run North-
easterly at an angle of 46 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds from said West section line
(measured from north to east) for 141.93 feet; thence deflect to the right on a tangen-
tial curve having a radius of 225 00 feet and a delta angle of 42 degrees 48 minutes
12 seconds for 168 09 feet; thence on tangent to said curve for 500 00 feet and there
terminating -

County of Hennepin, Minnesota, Tying Southerly of the following described line
Commencing at the most Southerly corner of said Tract A; thence run Northerly on a
bearing of North 00 degrees 28 minutes 56 seconds West along the West line of said
Tract A for 188 71 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described, thence
North 45 degrees 47 minutes 14 seconds East, 134 41 feet, thence deflect to the right
on a tangential curve having a radius of 175.00 feet and a delta angle of 11 degrees
58 minutes 37 seconds for 36.58 feet to a point on the Easterly lire of said Tract A
and there terminating; the title thereto being registered as evidenced by Certificate of
Title No. 745987 - -

northerly on a bearing of North 0 degrees 28 minutes 56 seconds West along the West
line of said Registered Land Survey No. 1484 for 238 81 feet, thence South 45 dp
grees 47 minutes 14 seconds West, 110 7 feet, thence South 0 degrees 28 rnrr'iutcs
56 seconds East, 40 93 feet, thence run Southeasterly 142 12 feet on a neon
tangential curve concave to the Southwest, having a radius of 436 93 feet, a delta
angle of 18 degrees 38 minutes 12 seconds and a chord bearing of South 31 degrees
29 minutes 59 seconds East, thence South 89 degrees 46 minutes 35 seconds East,
