HomeMy WebLinkAbout92-50 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1992/05/04RESOLUTION NO. 92-50 RESOLUTION GIVING APPROVAL FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT OF AMHURST 4TH ADDITION BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of St. Louis Park: Findings 1. Richard Neslund owner and subdivider of the land proposed to be platted as Amhurst 4th Addition have submitted an application for approval of preliminary plat of said subdivision in the manner required for platting of land under the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, and all proceedings have been duly had thereunder. 2. The proposed preliminary plat has been found to be in all respects consistent with the City Plan and the regulations and requirements of the laws of the State of Minnesota and the ordinances of the City of St. Louis Park. 3. The proposed plat is situated upon the following described lands in Hennepin County, Minnesota, to -wit: See Exhibit A attached Conclusion 1. The proposed preliminary plat of Amhurst 4th Addition is hereby approved and accepted by the City as being in accord and conformity with all ordinances, City plans and regulations of the City of St. Louis Park and the laws of the State of Minnesota, subject to the following conditions: a. The subdivider shall obtain the approval of the City of Minnetonka for the water main connection and the access to Edgemoor Drive prior to approval of the final plat. The City shall not be bound by any conditions imposed by the City of Minnetonka on its approval of the access or water main connection. b. The subdivider shall agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of St. Louis Park from any actions which may arise from the City of Minnetonka's imposition or conditions or denial relating to approval of the above described water main connection and street access to Edgemoor Drive. c. The dimensional discrepancy on the westerly property line between the plat drawing and the legal description shall be resolved prior to approval of the final plat.
