LOUIS PARK GENERAL ELECTION HELD NOVEMBER 5, 1991 WHEREAS, the St. Louis Park City Council has met as a canvassing board as required by the City Charter for the purpose of canvassing the November 5, 1991, City general election returns; and WHEREAS, the City Council has been presented the Sumary Statements of each precinct prepared and certified to by the election judges; therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the number of votes is as follows: 1) OFFICE VOTES Mayor: Lyle Hanks 1800 Other 72 Blank or Defective 363 Councilmember At Large A: Jeff Jacobs 1783 Other 43 Blank or Defective 408 Councilmember At Large B: John Dole 849 Gail Dorfman 1359 Other 9 Blank or Defective 17 Spoiled Ballots: 4 Total Absentee Ballots Counted: 47 Total Number of Persons Voting: 2235 2) The number of persons registered -to vote before election day was 30506, and the number of persons registering on election day was 38, for a total of 30,544 St. Louis Park registered voters. 3) Upon the basis of the returns, the following candidates have been duly elected to four-year terms expiring January 1, 1996: Lyle W.
