RESOLUTION DECLARING NO CITY PUBLIC NEED
FOR COUNTY OWNED PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 5711 MINNETONKA BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, the parcel of land described below has been forfeited to the State of
Minnesota for nonpayment of taxes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined there is no existing or future need by
the City for the property except that an easement is necessary for utility purposes; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby states it has no
objection to Hennepin County's disposition of the property described below:
West 1/100 feet of Lot 3 Auditor's Subdivision Number 323
(PID # 116-117-21-21-0006)
Subject to an easement, 30.00 feet in width, for utility purposes across that part of
the above described tract of land lying 15.00 feet on each side of a line which
transects the property at a point 350 feet south and parallel to its northern boundary
