RESOLUTION NO. 91-129
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
CONTRACT FOR INSPECTIONAL SERVICES
AT MUNICIPAL WELL NO. 4
WATER TREATMENT FACILITY
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of St. Louis Park to
retain the services of AEC Engineers and Designers for inspectional services
related to the fabrication of the GAC vessels at the Municipal Well No. 4
Water Treatment Facility located at 4701 W. 41st Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St.
Louis Park, Minnesota, that:
1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into a contract in the amount of $19,300.00 with AEC
Engineers and Designers in the name of the City of St. Louis Park
- for inspectional services at Municipal Well No. 4.
