RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF RIGHT OF WAY
FOR TRUNK HIGHWAY 7 FRONTAGE ROAD IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. S.P. 2706-177 AND S.A.P. 163-010-27,
FROM APEX REALTY CORPORATION
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City of St.
Louis Park to participate the cost of a construction project located on the
south frontage road of Trunk Highway 7 within its corporate limits; and
WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by the Minnesota
Department of Transportation and identified in wits records as S.P. 2706-177
(State Project) and S.A.P. 163-010-27 (City Project); and
WHEREAS, the City is responsible for the acquisition of right of way for
the proposed improvement project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of St. Louis Park that
payment in the amount of $14,625.00 for acquisition of right of way for Apex
Realty Corporation is hereby approved.

EXHIBIT A
That part of Lots 28 to 36 inclusive, Block 32, Rearrangement of St. Louis
Park, according to the Recorded Plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying
southeasterly of the southerly line of State Highway No. 7 and northwesterly
of a line parallel with and distant 28.00 feet southeasterly of a line
hereinafter described as "Line A".
"Line A" is described as commencing at the southeast corner of Section 17,
Township 117 North, Range 21 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian; thence
North 01 degrees 00 minutes 13 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the east
line of said Section 17 a distance of 1401.57 feet; thence South 88 degrees 59
minutes 47 seconds East a distance of 1027.30 feet to the point of beginning
of the line to be described; thence South 64 degrees 28 minutes 14 seconds
west a distance 310.50 feet; thence southwesterly along a tangential curve,
concave to the northwest, radius 3923.97 feet, central angle 01 degrees 27
minutes 37 seconds, a distance of 479.40 feet; thence South 71 degrees 28
minutes 16 seconds West, tangent to said curve, a distance of 128.39 feet;
thence westerly along a tangential curve, concave to the north, radius 945.77
feet, central angle 19 degrees 47 minutes 50 seconds, a distance of 326.79
feet; thence North 88 degrees 43 minutes 54 seconds West, tangent to last said
curve a distance of 426.23 feet and there terminating.
Together with that part of the east half of vacated Park Street (Colorado
Avenue) lying southeasterly of said southerly line of State Highway No. 7 and
northwesterly of a line parallel with and distant 28.00 feet southeasterly of
said "Line A".
Grantor reserves an easement over and across the real property for vehicular
and pedestrian ingress and egress.
The Seller certifies that the Seller does not know of any wells on the
described real property.
