RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ACCEPTING
CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT, ESTABLISHING PROJECT NO. 90-11,
AND SETTING AN IMPROVEMENT HEARING FOR FEBRUARY 20, 1990
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park has received a
report from the City Engineer related to the construction of a right turn lane
on the south frontage road of Highway 7 west of Belt Line Boulevard under
Project No. 90-11.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St.
Louis Park, Minnesota, that:
1. A certain petition requesting the construction of a right turn lane
on the south frontage road of Highway 7 west of Belt Line
Boulevard, filed with the City Council on January 16, 1990, is
hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners
of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in
conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035.
2. The City Engineer's Report regarding proposed Project No. 90-11 is
hereby accepted.
3. The proposed project will be designated as Project No. 90-11.
4. Accounting for this project will be done in the Special Assessment
Fund.
