RESOLUTION GIVING APPROVAL FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT OF HOYT 2ND ADDITION BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of St. Louis Park: Findings 1. Park Nicollet Medical Foundation, owner, and Hoyt Development Co., subdivider, of the land proposed to be platted as Hoyt 2nd Addition have submitted an application for approval of preliminary plat of said subdivision in the manner required for platting of land under the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, and all proceedings have been duly had thereunder. 2. The proposed preliminary plat has been found to be in all respects consistent with the City Plan and the regulations and requirements of the laws of the State of Minnesota and the ordinances of the City of St. Louis Park. 3. The proposed plat is situated upon the following described lands in Hennepin County, Minnesota, to -wit: That part of Section 7, Township 28 North. Range 24 West of the 4th Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the centerline of Excelsior Boulevard, distant 1056.00 feet northeasterly from its Intersection with the centerline of Wooddale Avenue; thence South 25 degrees 41 minutes 21 seconds East, along a line which passes trough the northeast corner of Lot 22, Block 2, Brookview Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. 529.34 feet to the south line of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 7; thence South 89 degrees 28 minutes 16 seconds East along said south line 109.30 feet to the southwest corner of Douglas Park, now vacated (this being the west line of Quentin Avenue as opened); thence North 00 degrees 05 minutes 11 seconds West, along the west line of said Quentin Avenue, 622.61 feet to said centerline of Excelsior Boulevard; thence South 66 degrees 49 minutes 47 seconds west along said centerline 367.46 feet to the point of beginning. Conclusion 1. The proposed preliminary plat of Hoyt Development Company is hereby approved and accepted by the City as being in accord and conformity with all ordinances, City plans and regulations of the City of St. Louis Park and the laws of the State of Minnesota, subject to the following conditions: A. The existing easement for the bus shelter shall be shown on the Final Plat. B. That all utilities be placed underground.
