90-17
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK AND HENNEPIN COUNTY
FOR THE OPERATION OF AN EMERGENCY VEHICLE PRE-EMPTION SYSTEM
ON THE HENNEPIN COUNTY TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT LOUISIANA AVENUE
AND CEDAR LAKE ROAD (CSAH 16)
WHEREAS, agreement for operation of an emergency vehicle pre-emption
system at the Hennepin County traffic signal at Louisiana Avenue and Cedar
Lake Road (CSAH 16), Hennepin County project no. 9002, Agreement No. PW
01-05-90, has been prepared and presented to the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St.
Louis Park, that
the Mayor, City Manager, and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute on behalf of the City of St. Louis Park,
Minnesota, an agreement in it's entirety, which covers the
installation and operation of the emergency vehicle pre-emption
system at the Hennepin County traffic signal at Louisiana Avenue
and Cedar Lake Road (CSAH 16).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a
certified copy of this resolution with the Agreement, to the Hennepin County
Contract Compliance Officer.
