RESOLUTION NO. 89-78
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT,
APPROVING PLANS, AND ORDERING WORK TO BE DONE BY DAY LABOR FOR
FLOOD HAZARD MITIGATION PROJECT NO. 87-36A
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted a report and prepared plans for
the construction of flood hazard mitigation improvements at 3201 Hillsboro
Avenue under Project No. 87-36A and has presented such plans to the City
Council for approval; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of Project No. 87-36A does not exceed $5,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St.
Louis Park, Minnesota:
1. The City Engineer's report is accepted.
2. The plans for said project are hereby approved.
3. The City Engineer shall proceed under the direction of the City
Council, as given from time to time, to carry on all work in
connection with such improvement in accordance with the plans
herein approved.
4. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a special assessment waiver agreement with the owner of
3201 Hillsboro Avenue regarding the levy of special assessments for
Project No. 87-36A.
