RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CITY CONTRIBUTION TOWARD
HEALTH, LIFE AND DENTAL INSURANCE FOR
NON-UNION/NON-SUPERVISORY AND SUPERVISORY EMPLOYEES
FOR 1990
WHEREAS, The City Council desires to contribute towards employee
health, life and dental insurance coverages, and
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park:
1) Effective with January, 1990 installment, the City shall
contribute a maximum monthly sum of $240.00 for non-
union/non-supervisory employees to be used toward family
health insurance coverage, individual $10,000 term life
insurance policy and, if applicable, single coverage
dental insurance.
2) Effective with the January. 1990 installment, the City
shall contribute a maximum monthly sum of $285.00 for
supervisory employees to be used toward family health
insurance, individual $5,000 term life insurance policy
and, if applicable, single coverage dental insurance.
3) The appropriate officers are hereby authorized and
directed to deduct the balance of any sum premium from the
compensation of any employee or officer and remit to the
insurer under an approved contract the employee or officer
share of any such premium.
