RESOLUTION NO. 88-94
RESOLUTION GIVING APPROVAL FOR REGISTERED LAND SURVEY

BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of St. Louis Park:
Findings
1. D. J. Bogema, Anderberg-Lund Investments and R. Johnson Construction &
Development, Inc., owners and subdividers of the land proposed to be platted as a Registered
Land Survey have submitted an application for approval of a Registered Land Survey of
said subdivision in the manner required for platting of land under the St. Louis Park
Ordinance Code, and all proceedings have been duly had thereunder.
2. The proposed Registered Land Survey has been found to be in all respects
consistent with the City Plan and the regulations and requirements of the laws of the
State of Minnesota and the ordinances of the City of St. Louis Park.
3. The proposed Registered Land Survey is situated upon the following described
lands in Hennepin County, Minnesota, to -wit:
That part of Tract B lying Southwesterly of a line drawn at right
angles to the Northwesterly line of said Tract from a point therein
distant 580 feet Southwesterly from the most Northerly corner of
said Tract and lying Northeasterly of a line drawn at right angles
to the Northwesterly line of said Tract from a point therein distant
865 feet Southwesterly from the most Northerly corner of said Tract,
except the South 30 feet thereof, Registered Land Survey No. 829,
Files of the Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin. (Torrens
Certificate No. 647945)
The Southwesterly 285 feet of that part of Tract B lying
Northeasterly of a line drawn at a right angle to the Northwesterly
line of said Tract from a point therein distant 580 feet Southwesterly
of the most Northerly corner of said Tract, Registered Land Survey
No. 829, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin. (Torrens
Certificate No. 596082)
Conclusion
1. The proposed Registered Land Survey is hereby approved and accepted by the
City as being in accord and conformity with all ordinances, City plans and regulations of
the City of St. Louis Park and the laws of the State of Minnesota, subject to the following
condit ion:
a. That title documents and legal description of the property be approved by City
Manager and City Attorney prior to execution of the final plat.
provided, however, that this approval is made subject to Certification by the City Clerk
as provided for in Section 14-303(3)(e) of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code.
' 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to supply two certified copies of this
Resolution to the above-named owner and subdivider, who is the applicant herein.
3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute all contracts
required herein, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to execute the certificate of
approval on behalf of the City Council upon the said Registered Land Survey when all of
the conditions set forth in Paragraph No. 1 above and Section 14-303(3)(e) of the St.
Louis Park Ordinance Code have been fulfilled.
4. Such execution of the certificate upon said Registered Land Survey by the
City Clerk, as required under Section 14-303(3)(e), shall be conclusive showing of proper
compliance therewith by the subdivider and City officials charged with duties above-
described and shall entitle such Registered Land Survey to be placed on record forthwith
without further formality.
