RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK ON
RECONDITION WELL NOS. 8 & 17
CITY PROJECT NO. 88-07
CONTRACT N0. 1851
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated April 4, 1988,
Layne Minnesota Company, has satisfactorily completed the improvement for the
reconditioning of Well Nos. 8 and 17 specified in Contract No. 1851.
2. The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendations for final
acceptance of the work.
3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The
Acting City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract, taking
the contractor's receipt in full.
