FOR ALLEY IMPROVEMENT AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 4177
WHEREAS, the City has had experience over a long period of time with

WHEREAS, this experience has indicated that a general policy for the
petitioning of alley improvements and the requirements for each
should be as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, formalizing policy for the guidance of the Council, officers,
employees and taxpayers is desirable to produce a more orderly
phasing of administration and construction of alley improvement
projects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of St. Louis Park
that for purposes of investigation and preparation of engineering and
assessing data, improvement proceedings and other administrative matters,

be required.
Be it further resolved that all provisions of Resolution No. 4177 adopted
