R7 -17:i RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A HEREDITAMENT FOR 3565 WOODDALE AVENUE GRANTING PERPETUAL USE OF AT LEAST 31 PARKING SPACES AT THE NUNICIPALY OWNED PARKING LOT LOCATED AT WOODDALE AVENUE AND WEST 36TH STREET WHEREAS, on September 23, 1975, Mr. Charles Hoover and Maude B. Hoover, owners of 3565 Wooddale Avenue, conveyed as a gift to the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, the portion of their real estate legally described as: Lots 6 and 7, Block 29, St. Louis Park, and that part of Lot 4, Block 30, Rgt. of St. Louis Park, lying south of the following described line: Commencing at a point in the southwest line of said Lot 4, 26 feet northwest of the most southerly corner of said Lot 4, thence northeast to a point in the east line of said Lot 4, 29 feet north of the most southerly corner-; and WHEREAS, the City of St. Louis Park constructed a municipal parking lot on the conveyed property, and WHEREAS, the value of the conveyed property was deducted from the cost of improving the property as a municipal parking lot, and and WHEREAS, all back taxes and special assessments have been paid by the Hoover's, WHEREAS, the remaining portion of 3565 Wooddale Avenue was left without a parking lot, and WHEREAS, the zoning code of the City of St. Louis Park requires at least 31 parking spaces be provided at 3565 Wooddale Avenue, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of St. Louis Park, Minnesota as follows: Atts The property commonly known as 3565 Wooddale Avenue shall be granted a hereditament allowing the private use of at least 31 parking spaces at the municipal l y owned parking lot at the corner of Wooddale Avenue and West 36th Street.
