RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR
THE INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM
AT THE C.S.A.H. 18/C.S.A.H. 5 (MINNETONKA BOULEVARD) INTERCHANGE
IN ST. LOUIS PARK, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, an agreement for participation in the construction and operation
of a traffic control signal system on C.S.A.H. No. 5 at the east ramps of
C.S.A.H. 18 under Hennepin County Project 8534, Agreement No. PW 33-05-86 has
been prepared and presented to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St.
Louis Park, Minnesota, that said Agreement in all things is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby
authorized and directed to execute Agreement No. 33-05-86 providing for
participation in the financing of Hennepin County Project No. 8534 as provided
therein.
