RESOLUTION NO. 86-54
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT CONCERNING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FOR
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 85-05
SANITARY SEWER AT 36TH STREET FROM
BELT LINE BOULEVARD TO MONTEREY AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that the
agreement between the City of St. Louis Park and Frantz Klodt and Sons, Inc. of
Minneapolis waiving the right to a special assessment notice, the right to a public
hearing and the right of appeal as to the following described property:
Belt Line Business Park Block 1, Lots 1 thru 6, and Block 2,
Lots 1 thru 3 all in which are in the area of Frantz Klodt
and Sons, Inc. development in St. Louis Park, Hennepin County.
Is Hereby Approved and Adopted by the City Council May 5, 1986
