LOUIS PARK, MINNESOTA BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Louis Park, which has owned and operated the Belt Line sanitary landfill l ocated at Trunk Highway 100 and West 36th Street, more fully hereinafter described, was on September 13, 1985 authorized by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency to redispose of all excavated sanitary landfill from the site in order to construct a retaining wall and permanent pavement. That said sanitary landfill has from and after April 25, 1985, been discontinued and will no longer be used for such purpose. That the legal description of the premises involved in and used as sanitary landfill, is as follows: That part of Parcels 2 and 3 Minnesota Department of Transportation right of way Plat No. 27-11 according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying easterly and southerly of a line 50.00 feet westerly and northerly of the following described line: Commencing at a point on the northerly line of said Parcel 2, with the intersection of the northerly extension of the easterly line drawn from B6 to B5, herein after referred to as line "A", thence westerly along said northerly line "A" a distance of 100.00 feet. Thence, southerly parallel to said line "A" a distance of 65.00 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described, thence, southerly along said parallel line to its intersection with a line drawn at right angles to said line "A" through said point B6, thence, southerly 251.85 feet along a tangential curve concave to the west having a radius of 185.00 feet and central angle 78° 00'00" and said line there terminating. That the general type and location of the deposited solid waste and other pertinent characteristics of said sanitary landfill facility upon said premises, consisted of a Type II sanitary fill, on which GARBAGE, as defined in Subsection 9, and REFUSE as defined in Subsection 17, of Section I or Ordinance Number Two, of and for Hennepin County, entitled "Solid and Hazardous Waste Disposal Ordinance", which ordinance was adopted on July 27, 1976, and amended on August 2, 1983, pursuant to MSA 375.51 and 473.811. That hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof, is a plat of said completed sanitary landfill facility of the premises herein above described and containing the required information set forth in said ordinance. That this NOTICE is prepared and recorded as required by said Hennepin County Ordinance Number Two, herein above mentioned and by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, its Regulation Number SW 12(9). Authorized and adopted by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, at41111 regular Council meeting held on April 21, 1986.
