RESOLUTION NO. 86-190
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK ON
GRADING, PAVING, CURB AND GUTTER
CITY PROJECT NO. 85-10 (163-010-25) & 85-04
CONTRACT NO. 1750
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated June 2, 1986,
Midwest Asphalt Corporation, has satisfactorily completed the improvements for
grading, paving, curb and gutter, as specified in Contract No. 1750.
2. The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendations for final
acceptance of the work.
3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The
City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract, taking the
contractor's receipt in full.
