RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK ON
SODDING/SHELARD PARK
CITY PROJECT NO. 85-08
CONTRACT N0. 1699
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated September 16, 1985,
Craig's Turf, has satisfactorily completed the improvements for sodding/Shelard
Park, as specified in Contract No. 1699.
2. The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendations for final
acceptance of the work.
3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The
City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract, taking the
contractor's receipt in full.
